Here are few eating tips that you can use as you continue your quest to going green:

1. Eating Organic Food
Organic food is made from healthier ecosystems that are away from chemicals that can ruin the body. The environment in which organic food is being processed from has clean water and surrounding that aid in better manufacturing of food. From vegetables to meat, food is grown in a place where healthy people thrive and work.

2. Going for Minimal Packaging
A lot of processed food appear to be extensively packed. From the variety of plastic containers used to the non-recyclable tetrapacks, these products can be bought at a minimal cost and at a more rewarding food experience. Look for foods that are packed in bio-based materials, and as much as possible try to reuse these at home as well.

3. Composting Leftovers
